Too busy to go out, or you just want to be pampered? call the manager on +2349030008669 to make logistics arrangements for your groceries or other supplies and deliveries. Errand service may attract a logistics cost and service charge.

All apartments are fitted with Smart TV, Set-Top-Box (DSTv) and Bluetooth speakers for your entertainment.

Smart TV is connected to the internet with instance access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. You can also play directly from your USB drive.

Very Important – Ensure to sign out from your TV and online accounts prior to checking out as they may otherwise be available to the next guests who check in.

Set-Top-Box is connected to DSTv with access to over 400 channels grouped by sport, Movies, General entertainment and News.

Ceiling Speakers – Your apartment is equipped with ceiling speakers which can be accessed via Bluetooth from the wall mounted amplifier. Search for device name on your Bluetooth list and enter access code to connect and play your favorite music.

Your apartment is equipped with accessories to make your stay comfortable. Kindly handle appliances with care and report any damages before checkout. Your kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave/oven, electric stove, kitchen hood extractor, pots, and utensils. Kindly check through the kitchen cabinet for these appliances. Do let us know if there are ways, we could make your stay more comfortable

In the event of a fire, the fire alarm will sound as a continuous siren. The fire might not originate in your flat but please proceed to leave the building. You should walk down any flight of stairs and proceed to the muster point where further instructions will be provided by the in-house fire and safety champion.

Do not under any circumstance use the lift.

Cancel a day before your stay and get 100% refund on your reservation. Cancellations must be made via email ([email protected] [email protected] or via phone call +2349030008669).

Cancellation made after this time will be charged at one night’s apartment rate per your reservation.

Last-minute bookings, made through online travel agencies, on the day of arrival are non-refundable and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

We ensure all refunds are made timely once we receive your cancellation instruction. However, refund may take between  1-5 working days.
